Imagen, armed guard patrolling your school?. What do you think? Would you feel safer or Uncomfortable? In my opinion I think that if we had armed guards at my school I would feel uncomfortable, because there would be more negative than positive benefits. they could be racist. Also if a guard was to miss a bullet when shooting at someone it can have awful consiquesis . In research, some people also disagree. There are certain articles that prove my point and see what I am trying to say. In some research I have been doing for my essay i have found articles that support my argument. I think that there should not be any armed guards. Why? because if we did some students might feel treathend.

If teachers have access to the weapons, an intruder could also gain access only increasing the potential for violence. Concealed handguns in the schools would be kept in a secure area and teachers and administrators would have strict procedures in carrying the gun on school grounds. There would be more responsibility for the teachers and administrators, but in order to protect students teachers would welcome new regulations. Although open carry has been allowed since August 2016, the idea of carrying a guns on campus is not needed. In a classroom, where the students attend lectures of the given professor is not needed. The number of crime rate will be increased in either homicides or suicides. An awareness of knowing someone has a gun on them at the moment will distract students causing them to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Guns will be used in self-defense to fend off against the ones who will use their weapon to terrorize the school but the public safety should be left to the professionals who are trained for any uprising.…
