The sole purpose of human resource information system is to support planning to meet the personnel needs of the business, development of employees to their full potential, and control of all personnel policies and programs (O’brien-Marakas, 2007). Currently Human Resource Information Systems encompass:
1. Payrolls
2. Work Time
3. Benefits Administration
4. HR management Information system
5. Recruiting
6. Training/ Learning Management System
Armaguard were happy with the predictive validity & robustness of their existing testing tools (OneTest, nd). However, to maximize efficiency in the recruiting of new employees it is imperative that the company should improve their methods.

Information system serves as the solution to the challenge which the company is facing. In Armaguards case, the company needed a human resource information system specifically in recruiting personnel. Armaguard resort to Onetest, a company that provides Human Resource information system, to improve the way Armaguard recruit their people.
