1. How the inventory loses variant was before and after implementation of the order picking system?

- Okay, so the first is the inventory loses variant that has meaning here is, how much inventory is missing in the data for some sort of period. For example, in the period of April at the end or the middle of the month when we perform the inventory calculation, there is some difference of minus what is called the inventory loses. After the difference of minus recorded, we made adjustment on inventory. The data we given by excel are counted by the actual count in the inventory, and the target maximum loses goods/materials in the inventory system. The implementation of order picking system is helps quite a lot, we have some troubles to do cycle counts and there is a phenomenon that cause the greatest deterioration of performance on our warehouse. The implementation of order picking system can stabilize the activity to do inventory calculation even though massive stocks come in and we don’t have any space to storage.

2. What is the main problem causes this KPI performed not too well in some of the month?

So some part of the production could be counted on one case is not how much material is incorrect.
