Arkham Network Staffing Report

After being a member of the Arkham Network community for over a year, I am confident I now have what it takes to take on the duty as a staff member. I say this with confidence as I have great values, a great attitude and good intentions. Previously, being a staff member on past severs, I know what it takes to be a staff member and what it really means to dedicate time to taking on the role. Staffing to me is more than punishing players who violate rules or helping players who need help. Of course, these are important components to the role, but to me there is more to it. I consider staffing is a responsibility, a job. A server is often portrayed by the community by the staff. Dedicating more time to the server than to my faction, or dedicating more time to the server than my island on Skyblock, being patient with players who may be seeking help. I’m willing to sacrifice these things to focus on staffing and to help improve the server and how it is portrayed by the community. I take the role of staffing seriously and don’t consider myself better than anybody else with the tag ‘Helper’ or ‘Moderator’. In addition, I will help improve the server by dedicating time to minimize players who violate rules to make the network a more enjoyable place for other players, or by simply helping a player who just has a general question. I can be counted on to be actively putting players before me, doing what I can to ensure that players’ experiences on the network are as best as possible. My goal, if selected for this position, is to grow with the community to watch it grow even bigger and to make new friends and learn from this experience. I wish to progress and really dedicate time and effort into contributing to the server so the community a better experience on the
