Arguments In Favor Of Capital Punishment

Those who do the crime, has to pay the penalty. I honestly do believe in the death sentence. Most people do not believe in the death sentence. Many families don’t believe in the death sentence. Most of the time, it is because they don’t want their family members to die. People say that those convicted of certain crimes deserve the death sentence. I think that sometimes People are just in the wrong place at the wrong time. That is just the way the ball rolls. Let me divide my reasons why I believe in the death sentence. They work to make America safe again not and a better place to live in. For example, in the article “An Argument in Favor of Capital Punishment”, the author states, “Ethical questions are the forefront of the debate about capital punishment as both a way of deterring crime and making criminals pay for their violent acts against individuals and society”. Isn’t that even more of a reason to keep capital punishment? Then other times, some of the murders are law enforcement so if a civilian is murdered so should law enforcement. Who really wants there police man or law enforcement on the death row? The grieving family would love that and that’s normal. Civilian or not death penalty will come in handy when convicting a criminal. If a law enforcement was sentenced the death penalty for the crime they committed, the crime rate would go down because people will see that no matter who you are, what needs to be done will be done. For those who didn’t know what the punishment for some crimes, they now should be afraid since death penalty is looked high upon.
