Nuclear waste has become a bigger issue due to the fact of the amount of nuclear waste facilities, with more nuclear waste facilities meaning more nuclear waste created.

Many countries, such as France, Japan and Sweden have spent time carefully planning and implementing strategies for dealing with nuclear waste. Other countries such as the United States are having political arguments concerning nuclear waste; Nuclear power is a source of energy that delivers a lot of reliable electricity without producing any air or water pollution. The United States have been looking for a solution to nuclear waste and they are trying to find a dependable solution with no consequences. This has then caused an ongoing argument, because they have found no reliable way of reducing or getting rid of nuclear waste.
6.Nuclear energy is a renewable energy and it also helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions but Nuclear energy produces nuclear waste so this then outweighs the advantage of reducing greenhouse gas. Nuclear energy can even help stop or slow global warming, but the only problem with that is its Nuclear waste that it produces after being used.
The only reasonable known ways to get rid of the waste is to bury it deep underground in areas known as Geological disposal areas. This name is used to try and convince the public that they are safely disposing of the
