This Article discusses the kinds of gun control which still may be using. It also discusses which kinds of gun control are effective. Also, the Supreme Court confirmed that individual's right to own a gun for self-defense and that neither the state or local governments nor federal government can abridge this right. However, the Court ruled that there is a statutory right to keep a loaded handgun at home for self-defense. Finally, it seems clear that governments may not completely prevent the ownership of handguns.
This Source is supporting my theses because it shows the problem from the government that allow people using guns under the name of "self-defense. Gun control advocates say having a gun at home represents a real danger and unsafety; “the National Rifle Association says a gun at home may be your last line of protection.” Also there is a couple of stores that show how is the guns are dangerous.
