Against Sexism for Women

Sexism is discrimination among the society or workplace on the basis of the gender of the person. It does not have any direct impact on the specific gender but rather as in the current era or some decades ago it has been affecting girls and women. Generally, it has been linked to gender roles and the women are treated as inferior to men in many areas. Therefore, it might result in extreme sexism which causes sexual harassment, rape or sexual violence.
As in workplace, women tend to face different types of ill treatment. Which causes to create women’s being segregated from men’s. For example;-
• Women tend to take more domestic jobs.
• Women and men usually get different workplace roles.
• Women are being paid less

While, women were given lower status for expressing anger in the workplace regardless of their roles in a company.
While 2007 study shows that male employees in lower level of workplace showed anger toward the higher status employees and women employees in lower level tend to show less anger towards the higher status employees.
Sexism in workplace occurs as long back in time women’s were tend to be at home and men were the one working and supporting the family. But as there was change in the economy of many countries which resulted in the change of thinking of the society. Which resulted in women to start work in order to support the family or to survive. Thus, women were forced to face discrimination which resulted in sexism in the workplace.
Sexism in the society will have bad consequences to be faced by the next generation. As children are brought to be taught as women are inferior or use them as a slaves or tools. Moreover, it might affect in the workplace. As the boss or male employees will show disrespect or sexual harassment which could lead to lose of hope of living. Therefore it might result in the suicidal act by women due to sexism as they are sensitive compared to
