The justice in our country i8s slowly fading away, nevertheless we can still bring it back. After we are caught for a crime, we are Mirandized and taken to court. There are two types of court - civil and criminal. This assists the court to separate all of the cases. Now imagine you’re on trial for being accused of a minuscule crime. The judge and jury discuss your case during recess and come back sentencing you, “guilty”. They then give you a punishment far too tyrannical for the felony. Isn’t that inequitable? Again, this happens to many people each day. They’re all either being accused of a crime, or receiving a punishment far too barbarous for the crime. We can put an end to this! We can repair the justice in our law, in our government, and in ourselves. We don’t want to be the ones in custody for no apparent reason. Nor do we want to be in jail for a petty crime. Also, we wish that our family and children wouldn’t have to face this situation. We can change these actions. By doing this, we will all be treated fairly in court.
