These are only a two mental health problems but they are some of the most common. For the people affected, a secure, safe mental health facility would possibly be the best way to get back to their previous self which will in turn reduce these statistics. From this study, people have reported that social media websites, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, has made their lives worse as they now feel like they have to present themselves in an idealistic way. These people now feel suppressed into the pressures of society leading to mental health issues. Those who have to deal with these issues will need help. Professional help. However there may not be accessible to such help due to there being restriction on mental health institutions. In addition, there is many types of mental health in the UK. In Scotland alone, there is over 200 classified forms of mental health related illnesses. The most common illness found is depression and the most severe cases are most commonly in those with split personality disorder and paranoid schizophrenia.
