LGBTQ should not have the rights. LGBTQ should not be doing the things there doing. It's against christianity and it's believed that it's a sin. They are going against God and are questioning their true selves. Questioning what God created them as. They are changing the way God created them and it's not right.

LGBTQ have so much freedom that they shouldn't have. They are doing things that are unnatural and should not have these rights. God made everyone perfect and they don't have reason to change. They can't even reproduce. They are going to kill the human spices. The more LGBTQ people there are the less reproducing there is no kids and no kids to grow into adults. This will kill the human species in about a century and a half.

In an article I read they had a question that is close to my question in a sense. The question is “Can depriving LGBTQ people of their human rights be justified on grounds of religion, culture or tradition?” The article says that regardless of the government's cultural, political, and economic systems, they still have a legal duty to protect and promote everyone's human rights. There are so many things that go against the LGBTQ communities human rights. They are imprisoned for being transgender or gay in certain places, they are abused with no form of justice, and they are turned down for adopting children, etc.…

Why shouldn't the LGBT community have equal rights!? It's estimated that there is only two hundred and twenty nine million gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgendered people in the world, that’s 5 percent of the seven billion people who inhabit this earth! However this number doesn’t stop hateful, disgusting bigots from saying that there is a "gay agenda" to turn their children gay. Egypt, Nigeria and Sudan are only three of the seventy nine countries in the world where being gay and lesbian is illegal, if you are caught with your partner three times you are sentenced to the death penalty!…

People are made fun of on a daily basis for being themselves. People in the L.G.B.T. community are especially made fun of, laughed at and treated like lesser people, just for being themselves. People think that just because you learned something as a part of their religion, that it is the complete truth. People say that just because someone found true love in someone that happens to be the same sexuality as them, that they are not like other people and will not be able to enjoy life like it was meant to. Homophobia is destroying this country because when people are feared/against homosexuality, they are not only insulting that one person, they are insulting an entire lifestyle.…

If same-sex couples are paying taxes to help their society, like the same sex couples, they should be afforded the same rights. Gay and lesbian couples are finally suing the state because they are not getting protection they need only because they are gay. John Kusch had a few opinion of his own on this topic, "The whole argument really comes down to letting consenting adults do as they wish, provided they are not hurting anybody and keeping our beliefs out of the lives of others, just as we expect for ourselves." (Kusch 5) People are getting upset that they pay so much money even after not having much to begin with, and getting nothing good out of it.…

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are rights that are said to be guaranteed to all Americans, yet when it benefits some they choose to believe that it best not be given to everyone. Yes, people in America have the right to express their own religious beliefs based on the first amendment of the constitution, yet there is no religious right nor constitutional right that directly states that a person has the right to discriminate against another because the two beliefs or life styles clash. Religious freedoms are contradictory due to several factors. The first factor including the fact that everyone is entitled to the pursuit of happiness, even if that means being a part of the LGBTQ community or expressing a religion freely, another factor includes the idea that just because a person…

According to the United Nation of Human rights, human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, and religious view, etc. Homosexual marriage is a matter of civil and equal rights, and the decision to get married should be up to the couple themselves not the government. Despite the fact many people are not comfortable with homosexual relationships, the equality and dignity of gay couples should still be respected. Dening a couple of their right to a legal contract is violation of human rights. Many couples get married not only for recognition, but to show their affection towards one another.…

While the laws continue to be disrupting the community and rights of women, the community continues to act out by having peaceful protests and marches throughout the world. A peaceful resistance does not negatively impact the society when certain members of that society are enacting in the resistance; but the others that do not participate are, in fact, deeply offended by it. Although in my opinion, it sheds a positive light on what the people have to say. Considering the new law about transgenders using the bathroom for whichever gender they were born as bathroom causes an uproar in the lives of Texans now; this law is not only disrespectful to the transgender community, but it can also cause havoc in a place where there should be safety and privacy.…

Gay rights would make the world a better place. while accepting other people’s differences. Nobody can put themselves in their shoes, because they can’t choose whether they choose to be straight or gay, but discriminating them and stripping them from their civil rights, is just wrong and cruel of us as the United States, whom is also known as the county for freedom and our rights. We are hypocritical for saying how we have so many rights and we are such a free country, but when society dictates who can marry who, and people are being discriminated against and beaten on, that isn’t a practice of rights. Now, expressing you feel that homosexuality is a sin, is a religious right.…
