Many people who support abortion and oppose the justification given to the fetus as having the right to life, which is not deprived of the right of anybody. However, the main argument on this issue lies in whether the fetus has the right to life after the fertilized egg is formed or whether it has the right to live within a certain period of growth in the mother's body.
