Many people who support abortion and oppose the justification given to the fetus as having the right to life, which is not deprived of the right of anybody. However, the main argument on this issue lies in whether the fetus has the right to life after the fertilized egg is formed or whether it has the right to live within a certain period of growth in the mother's body. "Everyone is given freedom to do whatever they want." (Levy 4). If the law restricts the abortion of pregnant women, are these laws also ignoring the freedom of choice of pregnant women themselves?
