Blaming is an easy out when it comes to problem solving, I have seen it in several work places. But I have also seen workplaces without blame, like the Army where you are stuck with the people in your platoon and blaming someone doesn’t help the situation. However, a lot of kids are faced with this issue early in life when they play sports. It is more than just being sociable and meeting people. Playing competitive sports is about team building. It may be small in the grand scheme of things, but personally there was a lot to be learned from blaming others in similar situations. My junior year at South Charleston was my first year of playing football, and entering that culture. The team went 5-5, and the 5 loses were by a combined 21 points. Throughout the whole season, we blamed each other for missing that block, that tackle, dropping that catch, or not playing hard enough.

Further I am sure that some individuals will be blamed in India for letting the attacks happen, when there is little a developing country can do about the issue without support. In the Brussels attack, two ministers offered to resign because they took blame for the attacks (Phipps Weaver, 2016). However, that does little to help the situation. After the fact, all that can be done is to learn from what happened and adjust to it whom to blame for the breach of security or even the attacker is a secondary action to improving to the
