Imagine this--cardio vascular disease, prostate cancer, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, and weight gain. Sounds like a medical horror movie? What if I were to tell you that every time you open your refrigerator door and reach for the condensed handle of your milk carton that you were unknowingly putting yourself at risk for everyone of these mentioned above and more? Milk may not provide the correct doses of these essential minerals and vitamins but it does contain 22 vital minerals needed in the human diet.
