So, If I were to tell you that I am a cool person and I dont stress at all, I take things as they are, would you believe me ? No, right ! Because if I say so, I would be downright fooling you !

So by now, you must have guessed today’s subject of discussion.

Stress is an unavoidable part of modern life, no one is free from its clutches.
No one in this world is stress free, some people get tensed over their academic performance, some worry about the dress they have to wear at a party even though they have like 20 options to choose from and then some stress about their relationship with someone they adore. There are countless reasons of stress, Different people, different reasons of stress.

Stress takes away a huge part of our life and ruins it completely and there is only one person to blame it on and that is us. We weave such negative stories in our mind of situations that didn’t happen and build up tension inside our minds that it eventually ends up eating us. It not only causes damage to us emotionally but it also starts to pave way for memory loss and depression. We become forgetful, we forget about the meetings or some class project further adding to our list of stress. It impairs our memory and makes us bad at decision making.

As a younger self, we all have gone through mood swings, we would feel sad, hopeless, cranky and worthless to top it

That way, I could manage my anger and get over the negative situation all by myself without hurting others with my harsh words.
