GRADE NINE FINAL SUMMATIVE EVALUATION Part A: Reflect on your Physical Goals
1. How would I describe my effort and intensity of participation in this course?
My exertion and force is well above normal since I put in the measure of work I am ready to do and I do get tired before gym class since I go to the community center each day to practice and play basketball. I could enhance by one means or another by enhancing my stamina and expanding my vitality level so I don't get tired before gym class and my intensity can simply be high.
2. How did I attempt to improve my physical fitness level (cardiovascular endurance, strength, muscular endurance, flexibility) in and/or outside of class? Did I achieve my fitness goals? Why or why not?
