The America I believe in, is an America where people are allowed to practice their second amendment. Our second amendment states “The right to own and bear arms”. Gun laws have been a very controversial topic. We should be able to own the guns we want, and shoot them. Sadly, a few democrats believe otherwise. Years has gone by after that amendment was written, and the government has constricted on our gun rights. A few laws they have put in place is that you must have a permit, you cannot own a firearm until you are 18, a handgun until 21! This is very disappointing, because it never stated these laws in the amendment. Another way they constrict on our rights is only having a few ranges for us to shoot at.
