Baylee Curran accused Chris Brown of threatening her with a gun early Tuesday morning which led to a standoff with LAPD for 14 hours until Brown was finally arrested Tuesday night.
Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, tweeted later that night stating "Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false #TeamBreezy."
Brown had posted a few Instagram videos on Tuesday showing the helicopters surrounding his house along with a few words for the police and about the whole situation. He has since deleted those videos from his Instagram. "Y'all, every three months you get tired of me right? You gotta be. Every three months y'all come up with something, bro. What is it? What's going to be next” Chris said in his Instagram video.

In the articles “Three Cheers for the Nanny State,” “Ban the Ban!,” and “Soda’s a Problem but…”, all three authors present their arguments with facts, opinions, and counterclaims. However, one article presents itself better than the rest. I believe that the article “Soda’s a Problem, but...” was the most convincing article. Sarah Conly- the author who wrote “Three Cheers for the Nanny State”- argues that the soda restriction is a good idea because people would be stopped from making foolish decisions that they’ll pretty definitely regret.…

The officer claimed that Brown assaulted him and reached for his gun while sitting in his patrol car, and after striking a bullet in his hand, Michael ran and Wilson pursued him on foot. Witnesses say that Michael turned with his hands up, but Wilson opened fire on him anyway. The autopsy reported that Brown was hit six times; four bullets hitting him in his arm and the other two were taken in the head. His body was left in the suburbs, exactly where he fell, for four hours before the police took over the crime scene. Had Mr. Wilson just simply arrested Mr. Brown or given him a ticket for “blocking traffic”, there would be no questions asked and there would be no answers to be wanted.…

Gangs should be handled with extreme caution, because they are known for their violent tendencies. Being a member of a gang is not illegal, but I do believe they cannot be compare to juvenile delinquents or status offenders. I will discuss this matter in depth and support my argument with logical evidence. “A gang is an ongoing group of people that have a common name or common identifying sign or symbol, form an allegiance for a common purpose and engage in unlawful or criminal activity” (Hess, 2013, Pg 202). According to this information that defines a gang, we as individuals know the youths that are part of this group may commit dangerous crimes.…
