On 4/12/2017 between 11:30am and 12:00pm, Mr. Milton McDonald, a vascular patient of Miranda Anderson, had brought to my attention that the bandage on his left stump was coming off and he needed someone to "re-bandage his left leg." As I proceed to walk to Rm. 216 (ABI room where Miranda was working at), I noticed the door was close, so I walked into Rm. 206 where Mike Sturges, Shar Patel & Taylor Deville were at. I addressed Dr. McDonald's issue to them. Shar asked me "who's patient is he." I responded by saying "he's Miranda's patient." Shar said "you have to talk to her because she don't deal with her." I told Shar that "Miranda is in with a patient, but that's beside the point. can you help this patient." She said "I'm working in podiatry"
