Sports drinks and water have been drank by almost everyone. The only question regarding the two is which is better? Many athletes question whether they should be drinking sports drinks such as Gatorade and Powerade or whether they should drink water before, during, or after a game. It really boils down to what you do and how much you do it. In some cases, water beats sports drinks and in others, sports drinks beat water.

Sports drinks are beneficial than water in many ways.
