Self defense is defined as the deliberate use of physical force for protecting yourself or loved ones from physical harm (Franco). It's a subject that just about everyone considers at some point in their lives. Self defense should be allowed in school and everyday life because, it’s not illegal for you to use self defense, it could help against bullying, and people should be able to protect themselves against others who try to harm them.
