Why give free college? While some argue that the government has already have too many expenses in there hands and not all taxpayers agree to this cause, yet there's still some benefits to it. America has have this debate some oppose or agree. The government should give free college as can be beneficial: can stop the boomerang generation from increasing or slow the rate of it, it matters in this day in age. Make it universal and make the rate of doctors and engineers and etc increase more. There's changes and there's need of change for adaptation. College loans is one factor that created the boomerang generation. What is the boomerang generation? The boomerang generation is the young generation that can’t seem to stand on their own feet and takes a bit longer for them to do vs other perouse generations. Some countries like Japan have no clue what the big deal is and welcome the “three generation under a roof” as they have no problem with it. But the increase of young people going back to their parents have increased and there must be a problem somewhere that has caused this. 60% of 22-24 live with their parents and college loans is a impact. This is bad for the parents as there plans might of been ruined or there retirement is not going as planed. There are benefits of sharing housing so that's another factor, parents see a benefit too on sharing. Some say this generation have become very fragile, raising prices may be an impact. Many young people are told by many elders that famous line that starts with ¨when I was your age...¨ and they're right about this one, our generation has become fragile. What is unknown is will the next generations become more fragile and take more time to stand on their own feet and will this increase more, will this become our new norm.
