Imagine doing a great deal of hard work and not being able to be comfortable. I don’t know many people that like to sit in those terrible chairs. Flexible seating can be a solution to that because it allows kids and even adults to move around. Flexible seating can be stability balls, bosu balls, indo boards, stools, floor mats, pillows, etc. Schools should have flexible seating because it can make kids happier and more energized as well as fight childhood obesity.
