Argumentative Essay: Should Children Have Screen Time?

There is this debate on whether or not children should have limited screen time. In my opinion, yes I think children should have a limited screen time.

Firstly, I agree that children need limited screen time because of my own personal experiences. I started using electronics in the first grade, and that when i got addicted to electronics. Yes, it is addicting to look at a screen for hours. I am now paying for that because I get major migraines, i have depression, loss of sleep, and many other things just from electronics. It is scientifically proven that depression, anxiety, loss of sleep, ect, is linked to how much time someone is on an electronic, no matter what that electronic may be.
