Guns are being fired, but you have no idea where at. There have been multiple mass shootings in the United States of America. Most of the citizens that participate in these shootings have chosen to use the assault rifle AR-15. Therefore, people think the AR-15 is the problem on why there are so many shootings. The AR-15 Has been used in the past three mass shootings. (USA Today, Garrison) The AR-15 was chosen in multiple mass shootings, it has been used to break amendments and what people think of the weapon, and my argument on why it should not be banned. People think that if we just ban the AR-15 from the market our problems will just disappear. In reality just because we get rid of one gun the people that cause these shootings will just find another weapon and still cause all of shootings and mass killings. In order for us to get rid all of these shootings we need to get rid of all of the guns and weapons on the market. Therefore, we lose our rights to bare arms. People think that the problem is that we are allowing military level weapons on the market and people are abusing their power. It should be a privilege for us as americans to be able to use military level weapons and not abuse them. If people want the shootings to stop than they are going to have to try something different than just banning weapons. If the people selling these firearms on the market check the background of the people. That will hopefully cut down some of the shootings by avoiding selling guns to people with bad history or any mentally problems. People don’t realize that it is not the weapon that is the problem it is the person using the
