I will be focusing on three things that wiwhy finding better ways to prevent both the mental and physical deterioration of these professional athletes. There are a few solutions that many people seem to agree on, one of which is that we need our athletes to start playing smarter not harder. Another reason that I personally believe will do wonders for the long term well-being of these athletes is to cut the two games a week program. of these problems is the lack of awareness which also goes along with the incapability of being able to just take step a step back and really look at what is going on. With a better understanding of both of these hypothesis we can look forward to further advancing’s in the safety of the sport that we all know and
