If they try to get a visa and get declined for trying to be here, they’ve just wasted thousands of dollars.They’ve wasted a lot of things trying to get here, They probably needed to get to there family or needed better living.Immigrants could have better living for themselves. Own their own businesses and gain the money back they used for their visa. The visas that the undocumented immigrants already had, could be the people who tried to come in at the border.The hook is relevant because it showed the process immigrants had to go through.
