Student loans wil save not only the Federal System, but a lot of Americans as well. Student loans can take a toll on a person when trying to pay them off as well as other bills that's due. Cutting that program all together would save a lot of money, even doing in and changing some payment rules could help. Social security benefits is pushing it a bit to me, when people have worked half their life for these benefits.
