The retirement age is one of the most controversial topics. Indeed, it is the point where a person stops working completely, and Germany was the first country that announced the retirement system. It is a hard condition or position for old people, when they are forced to retire because of national regulations which provide or state that the retirement age is in 60, despite being fit or not. They have the right to continue working as long as they can. Actually, intellectual and scientific production will not stop once they reach the age of sixty, and the retirement from work is not the beginning of the end. This view is almost wrong, where the culture gap can be a good advantage that may lead to produce a creative work, where It looks good to make highly experienced work with young employees, who have new ideas and fresh energy. Actually, This new strategy can save money, time and shows great efficiency. Rosenberg et al., (2015) suggested that old people can be trained on adapting to new technology which used by younger people, where it is a great advantage to mix the experience with speed and fresh idea. On the other hand, there are many old people find their job as a desirable distraction. In addition, they feel that they are clinically dead and useless when they retire because they sincerely like their job. So, it is possible to make them in positions responsible for overseeing the youth and the transfer their experiences to them too. According to Rosenthal (2009), Magdi Yacoub is one of the best doctors in the world of heart surgery, he really loves his work and wanted to improve it, as he preferred to continue in his work and built one of the largest hospitals in cardiac surgery in the world.
