Bob Beck, and Dr. Hulda Clark. During their careers, all of these men came to the conclusion that HIV can be cured through shocking the body with electric currents. Bob Beck believed that God created electricity to cure cancer and HIV/AIDS through “blood electrification/purifying.” This is why the company names the device the Angel’s Zapper. The website’s logo is actually a winged, robed angel with a halo holding the zapper in its hand. I find this to be a really bizarre combination of religious and pseudoscientific propaganda.
The Zapper is powered by a 9-volt battery (Beck’s 27-volt device is no longer used) and the electrodes are strapped to the patient’s ankles. The user can decide the frequency level for their optimal treatment. Apparently this device causes the sensation of “electrical thumps” in each ankle. The user is supposed to do one-hour sessions two times a day for three to four weeks. Using this device for the recommended time is claimed to cure the most “severe infestations” of AIDS because the electric currents keep the disease from infecting
