SpaceX is a company that is one of the first missions for NASA and the most expensive one too. Also it is unsafe and a lot of problems with living in space, like how are you going to get back and what are you going to do when you get there? And so many more important questions.
One of the problems about living or visiting Mars or the moon is the cost . And colonizing it. If we do colonize either one of the planets we would be destroying the natural planet in all its beauty.
