Does the world revolve around Social Media? Social Media specifically snapchat has its perks however, there is also a negative side. People go overboard and abuse the concept of the app and there are specific and vivid details. Perhaps let's go a little further with introducing the topic.
Snapchat was created by Evan Spiegel born on June 4, 1990 in Los Angeles, CA and Bobby Murphy born on July 19, 1988 in Berkeley, CA. Evan attended Otis college of Art and Design, Art Center college of Design, and Stanford University. Bobby attended Stanford University. Evan is known as the CEO of the Snap Inc. Bobby is known as the CTO of the company. together they’ve both created a powerful and run a strong social media app.
The app has it's perks of it as well. Such as streaks, filters, and finding others location. i shall go into more details on them all. Streaks are i should say be labeled as a snapchat game or challenge. Preferably a challenge because you're basically trying to keep up

A way that it can be positive is through school. A lot of children are already so obsessed with social media so why not try and put out certain school events on social media to reach out to those students. Many high schools and colleges have snapchats, twitter, and facebook pages to reach out to children. Telling them about important dates that they have missed out on reading upon at school or it can be a way to come closer with students. To be able to interact with them outside of school hours. All though there are positive effects there are also negative effects. A negative is that there is a possibility that a stranger may try and befriend you or that someone you know can become hacked and a stranger can be talking to a person posing as their friend. All those things can be very dangerous and it can make it seem like social media is a negative place to engage
