Smoking has become one of the most popular trends in today's world. Unfortunately, not only adults smoke. The amount of smoking teenagers is increasing spontaneously day by day.
Depression, fear, tension, and mostly bullies are some of the main reasons for the famous phenomena of smoking teenagers. Depression, one and top of the most common motives for smoking. For teenagers, the transformation in emotions and physical structure abruptly causes a gloom in the mood. It changes the mental state of an individual causing him/her to use Nicotine more frequently. Soon enough, the body will need a stronger proportion, which leads to more powerful drugs such as tramadol or weed as it is a form of a cigarette too. Majority of teenagers smoke nowadays because they believe that by smoking, they can solve their life problems and complications but the truth, it only causes more problems. Smoking can cause loads of health problems such as respiratory problems, shortening of breath and frequent heartbeats. Smoking doesn't only stop at this, it can also cause Lung Cancer, Emphysema, nausea, nervousness, sleeping disorder and so on. Every day, new inventions and new techniques are produced. Before, it was only smoking tobacco, but now we have marijuana and many more types. Smoking pot is very popular among juveniles as it gives a stronger effect than normal tobacco. Several different countries have helped in the amplifying of this hideous phenomena by changing the law of smoking marijuana from strictly illegal to simply legal and available. Smoking even causes air pollution by allowing teenagers to smoke, this will be adding more toxicants to our polluted air. I also believe that it shouldn't be socially acceptable at all because it is ruining our children gradually and there's nothing we can do about it. Most people say that smoking makes them calm, but for what?. As we know, smoking has caused many deaths. You wanted to be calm at the first place, not be buried just because of a small white wrapped object.
