Speaking of righteousness, sharks need to be defended based on established facts. The federal agency, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) states “Despite their scary reputation, sharks rarely ever attack humans and would much rather feed on fish and marine mammals” (NOAA). In other words, humans are not part of sharks’ diet. It would aim for smaller fishes; therefore, deaths caused by shark attacks were often due to confusion, curious and self-protection (NOAA).
