Partly because I maintained my body weight. I cancelled out my loss of sleep and poor work out habits with a healthier diet and creating routines that allowed me to constantly keep a better perspective on life. There are many things different, even though my age has almost not changed at all. I have kept the nearly the same BMI, it has gone from 21.3 to 21.46 which I totally do not understand considering much more I have consistently trained in the past few months. I have been much more stressed these past few months, so I found it odd, I actually got younger instead of older. I have been much more worried about my mental, physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing on top of my grades, and social life these past few months. With all the added stress I’m amazed I have not gained or lost a significant amount of weight, lost all motivation for school, or even hit major mental illness. I am still struggling to find a purpose, but I have confidence it will come with time. Getting through all of my mental setbacks is the key to living a happy and successful life. I crave a healthier body so I have no doubt I will go back to a better body after intense training; it will just take time. I believe I can change my life for the better because of all of these past test. I now know what I should eat more, what I need to stay away from, and what I am doing right. While I monitored my daily fitness I remembered how much I like to train and workout, I remembered that I needed to start training more often and harder. I now eat more vegetables even though I do not like them I stomach them knowing they will benefit me in the long run, I now know what things are hurting my health and know how to fix them. I am proud that my realage.com age is 15.9 because it means I have just that much longer to live than others. I hope to keep increasing my way of life every day with every
