Although Make-up used to be seen as a sinful product and people judge make-up wearers outcasts, those that did not wear make-up in today’s society are judged similarly to make-up wearers of times past. In the European middle age trends was around, people used their looks to show off their money and wealth. Many used the look of pale skin and a sick look to show that they was wealthy(History of Makeup). In 1800’s, only actors and prostitutes wore makeup. A lot of makeup at that time was looked at as sinful(History of Makeup). As if the girls was all trouble because they wore makeup. Sixty-four percent of women said they would always wear makeup to work instead of going more natural or without any at all. Most women said they wouldn 't be as confident in a high-level meeting without makeup on their face and they just wouldn 't be that comfortable with it. Studies say the color blue makeup is all around color for any eye color any one can wear it but that color is really bold. Most women wear red lipstick to stand for power and passion. Now teachers and students filled it out after analyzing the information. Girls for the most part started buying the makeup at the age of twelve and thirteen. The animal testing was answered as many didn 't seem to care at all that animals was being tortured and killed for the products some are buying and using. About seventy percent of the women said that when one wears makeup products the person feels more confident about ones self. Most girls said that without the makeup didn 't make the person feel naked. Sixty percent of girls doesn 't have a morning or night routine to take care of ones skin. Most girls also at least wear mascara and eyeliner if only that. Creating ad’s with unrealistic images of beauty, it has resulted into anxiety and low self-esteem and low self confidence in women. People with low self-esteem would find makeup that enhances themselves. Women with anxiety can come from hundreds of things ad’s, pressure, innate feeling of insecurities.
