The key to having a healthy life style is by having a balance diet and exercising regularly. Being fat or obese is not a good sign for a healthy body. People that are obese usually have more problems with their health than those people that are lean and fit. Having too much body fat increases the risks of having chronic health that leads to; high blood pressure, heart disease, high blood cholesterol, diabetes, respiratory problems, menstrual irregularities, and cancers of breast, uterus, prostate, and colon. There are two different stages of stored fat subcutaneous fat and visceral fat. Visceral fat is located around the organs in the abdomen. Visceral fat is more metabolically active than subcutaneous fat, which releases dozens of biologically active substances that can contribute to disease. Visceral fat is more common in men than in women after menopause the amount of visceral fat increases in women. Where extra fat is deposit and is determine primarily by the genes. Environment and age also influence where all the fat is stored. Stress, using tobacco, and consuming alcohol can lead the body to stored visceral fat, which can lead to chronic disease. To prevent obesity the body has to follow a certain weight loss diet or set point weight level. People that are having problems with obesity must start a weight loss diet, which can consists of:
Balance what you eat and exercise.

It all depends on what the person goals are in their diet plan. The plan includes how many calories intakes are needed daily. It tells what food groups are recommended and the amounts needed for a day. It recommends foods grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, protein foods and oils. This site is amazing because helps its users keep count of how many calories are eaten in a day. For example if you type in the word burger it will tell you how many calories a burger contains, how many empty calories, and what are the nutrient facts about the burger. This site is great because it organizes all food intakes and tells you if you have met all of your nutrient requirements.
