Lady Gaga covered John Lennon's 1971 classic "Imagine" at Azerbaijan's Baku Olympic Stadium for the opening ceremonies of the 2015 European Games. Gaga brought the massive crowd to a reverent silence with her rendition.

The Mother Monster was sat comfortably behind a floral piano cascaded in a foliage of pink and purple pastel flowers. She took the giant stage by wowing the crowd with an impressive performance and gave audience a chill-inducing heights on the third verse, when her voice became bigger and stunningly operatic.

Gaga posted a photo of herself seated at a keyboard on her Instagram ahead of the show, captioned: "What an honor to have a few moments with the world watching. Could you imagine. What would you say?"
