Let’s face it, we can’t stop the aging process and along with it are possibilities of health problems like Type-2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and obesity.
Skin becomes drier and thinner with age, leading to wrinkles and fine lines, loss of elasticity and firmness, dull skin, and increased pigmentation.
But sometimes, our body shows aging signs sooner that we expect. There are several factors that contribute to this occurrence. Some of the factors we tend to deal with in our daily routine are the environment and also our lifestyle and dietary habits. This causes premature aging, thus, making you look older than your current age.
You can prevent premature aging by avoiding certain habits that you do every day and taking care of your skin

4. Sun Exposure
Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays of the sun makes your skin cells and blood vessels weaken, which causes a leathery-looking skin. It even leads to reduced skin elasticity, pigmentation, and degradation of skin texture.
5. Too Little Sleep
Lack of sleep causes several health issues. Just one night of being deprived of a good night sleep can make you look and feel exhausted. This can also lead to dark circles and big eye bags. Imagine a lack of sleep for a couple of days can do to your overall health. It can be devastating, especially to your skins’ appearance.
There are several ways sleep deprivation causes damage to your skin. First is it can cause a poor formation of collagen and second is it increases the production of cortisol which gradually worsens inflammatory conditions which all leads to skin aging.
6. Too Much Sugar Intake
