Let’s face it, we can’t stop the aging process and along with it are possibilities of health problems like Type-2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and obesity.
Skin becomes drier and thinner with age, leading to wrinkles and fine lines, loss of elasticity and firmness, dull skin, and increased pigmentation.
But sometimes, our body shows aging signs sooner that we expect. There are several factors that contribute to this occurrence. Some of the factors we tend to deal with in our daily routine are the environment and also our lifestyle and dietary habits. This causes premature aging, thus, making you look older than your current age.

Over time, your face muscles actually conform to that movement gradually making it a bit permanent. This makes you look older.
Stress can also affect you in many ways. It is a common risk factor for some chronic diseases and that includes obesity, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
Although stress cannot be completely taken out from our lives, it can be managed through some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, and gentle exercise.

Following a proper skin-care routine can keep your skin healthy and flawless. Always take note that there are different treatments for different skin types so it’s necessary for you to know your skin type first if you want to learn how to effectively take care of it. Regardless of your skin type, it is necessary that you wash your face twice daily.
Another thing to keep in mind is to never forget to remove makeup before bedtime. The chemicals contained in the makeup can clog the skin pores that will eventually lead to premature skin aging. Also, try to use a minimal amount of makeup.
