The night of Halloween is the night of superstitions. The creature best able to use this for fun would be the shapeshifter. The unlimited forms could let someone pull many stunts and get away with them. There are more superstitions about Halloween than most anything else. Many of the superstitions are based around animals, such as the black cat, which would be easy for someone to play off of.
