“You can not help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves” -Abraham lincoln. People that are able to work are called able bodies and they are taking your money. People without any minors and no severe medical conditions should not be receiving much government assistance. The taxes that you have to pay might go to someone that is an able body. The Government is giving it away to people with benefits people that are not being stopped in any way from going out and getting a job. This topic is very important because their are some families that are just making and do not qualify for the government assistance. Their money is going to a able body that do not want to work. “ABAWDs is a person between the ages of 18 and 49 who has no dependents and is not disabled. They have to pay taxes but still do not have a little extra money leftover for the things that they want. Like taking their kids out somewhere fun or their their birthdays. Or extra money for their kids to go out with their friends.
