There has never be undoubting proof that God exists, but Christians believe without concrete evidence. The Bible says that this is what faith is; John 20:29 Jesus says “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have

Hurricane Harvey left Houston, Texas in mass destruction after striking on August twenty-fifth to August twenty-eighth in 2017. Countless homes were destroyed and people were forced to start their lives over. Though there was immeasurable sadness, a miracle occurred. Many churches were ravaged due to the extreme amounts of water, and the Eucharist was found in the yards near several Catholic parishes. Catholics believe that the Eucharist they receive at Mass is the true Body and Blood of Christ. If the holy communion is not consumed due to it falling on the floor or other reasons, the proper disposal is to let it dissolve in water. No scientific discoveries correspond with this event taking place and only those who have faith can resolve its

In this paper I will explain and evaluate two popular arguments regarding the existence of God, A Scientific Argument for the Existence of God by Robin Collins and The Inductive Argument from Evil Against the Existence of God by William Rowe; then I will discuss how the conclusions are not compatible with one another due to the conflicting structure of the conclusions as well as how one cannot accept both conclusions without compromising one of the arguments. First I will explain the basis of Collins’ argument, which is one of the most frequently used arguments in favor of theism. In A Scientific Argument for the Existence of God, Collins centers around the observation of how finely tuned the physical constants of the universe are to the ability for any form of life to exist, if any of them were to change even the smallest bit then no life would possibly be able to develop not to…
