With popular movies like 'Paranormal Acitivity' and 'The Blair Witch Project' it's no wonder that YouTube is filled with ghost videos and mysterious sightings. Luckily for us, most of the videos are fabricated and total amateur hour. However, there are some than even the most rational people will find it hard to explain. Cecil's history is very dark and filled with suicides and mystery disappearances. Two famous serial killers, the 'Night Stalker' and Jack Unterwerger resided at the hotel for some time. This eerie footage shows the last time she was seen alive before being reported as missing in the beginning of February, 2013. In her final moments, Elisa acts in a very bizarre way. At first seems like she is hiding, then pressing all buttons on the elevator and talking to someone who isn't there. The autopsy showed that she was not drugged or intoxicated, so what evil force made her act like a lunatic? The case got serious national media coverage and soon enough she was found dead in a water tank at the hotel's rooftop after several guests complained about the quality of water. Her death was classified as 'suicide' and 'accidental' but there is no possible way that she would go in a highly restricted not to mention locked area, lift up a lid that is ten times her weight and drown.
