One of the most controversial topics floating around in the world of today, is quite surprisingly a french delicacy, foie gras. This meal is causing a stir up between animal rights activist and food lovers. I believe this delectable course should not only remain, it's also cruelty-free.
This French cuisine, foie gras has a more than unusual preparation this consist of having a waterfowl of some sort typically a goose or duck, then stuffing these birds with corn feed. This tradition dates back to ancient Egypt where they would fatten their animals for a thicker and much richer meat.
