Yes, not only is my pot pie a nutritious meal which reaches your energy needs, it also contains at least one ingredient under each category of food (except grains). The pie has limited saturated due to the fat and skin being removed from the fish and it only has contains a pinch of salt in the mash to make it taste delicious. It also encourages breast feeding because salmon helps baby growth development due to omega 3 found in it. Meaning that pregnant women are able to enjoy this meal as it promotes breastfeeding. The trialling at home enabled me to test out my pot pie and see if there were any modifications needed. During the process of making my pot pie, I was able to see if the flavours were balanced out and rationed properly due to the original recipe being quartered. There were no modifications that needed to be made after cooking my pot pie at home, although I would have liked to taken into account before entering the Home Economics kitchen that the green curry paste I would be using is different. The Home Economics kitchens green curry paste was stronger, resulting in a slightly more spicy pie
