Descriptive writing Beowulf, king of the greats, successfully defended his home land against and invading dragon and defending it against Grendal and Grendal’s mother. The great king was fatally wounded in the last battle costing him is life.

An epic hero, Beowulf, gave his life defending his land from yet again another beast. Through the stories of Beowulf, the great, he had fought against many beasts and was victorious, but when the dragon came that’s when terror began. Beowulf being the king he was and the hero he had to be killed the dragon, but at a cost, his life. However, Beowulf’s story does not end there. His epic battle that made him king was extraordinary, he not only did what others failed to do he had to mustard all his strength
