Even though not both their parents are physically there, they still deserve one parents presence. Not paying child support could make the other parent work longer hours and more shifts to provide their necessities, including a safe environment for the child. With only one present parent, the custodial parent may not be in the child’s life as much as they would like to because they are working to provide for the child.
Parents have responsibilities to fulfill in the of their child(ren). They have made choices in life and must deal with the consequences and obligations that come with those decisions that are made. Every child deserves to have the support of two parents, even if they have family difficulties. If they don’t support their child(ren) it could have consequences in them as a functioning adult not able to own up to their own responsibilities. Not having enough income in a family could also affect the child’s outcome. Children in houses with lower income often tend to show less effort and have poorer health than their peers. Also, not having enough money may lead the child(ren) to make bad decisions because they believe others think lowly of themselves. Plus, they may think lowly of themselves, than others which may lead to them not having as high of hopes and dreams. These can all lead to negative outcomes in the child’s
