Mr. Fogle had always been overweight as a child, and going into college he weighed over 400 pounds. It was during this time he decided it was time to lose some weight. Along with eating right, Jared also took time out of his busy day to exercise. He would go on a daily run, and he would also do many other aerobic exercises throughout his week. Some people look at exercise as too much work, or just simply can’t find the time in the day to take apart in physical activity. Next you have your people who go through health phases; where exercising is only appealing when it best suits them.
