Caitlyn Jenner wants to make a deal, or at least her lawyers do. The trial date for vehicular manslaughter is coming up and her lawyer Blair Berk is trying to keep Caitlyn from going to jail. Radar Online, August 21, 2015, reported that Blair is talking with the Los Angeles County District Attorney Major Crimes division to get the lightest sentence possible for Caitlyn. The accident goes back to February 2015 when Caitlyn Jenner, who was Bruce Jenner at the time, failed to notice the traffic had slowed and come to a stop until it was too late. She rear-ended the Lexus driven by Kim Howe. The impact sent Kim’s car into a stopped Prius ahead of her, then it pushed the Lexus out onto oncoming traffic. Kim was killed at the scene. According to a police report, Caitlyn is the one responsible and she is the one at fault. If she is found guilty, she could be sentenced to one year in jail and the thought of what may happen causes Caitlyn to burst into tears.
