The Newsweek Website tells us that “even if people from other parts of the world stayed where they were but adapted to a U.S. lifestyle habit, their rate of prostate, colon, and breast cancer would increase”(Cancer). Klein shed some evidence on cancer resistance mechanisms that many individuals seem to have that keeps them safe from cancer. He states in his research that there may be an alternative concept to cancer and that perhaps most people have a strong resistance mechanism.
